Life is an ever-expanding adventure of discovery and Oneness and what I post here today may change over time.

I continue my lifelong spiritual growth process with new challenges and opportunities almost daily. I am a poet and writer and generally creative individual who values interacting with others who are enjoying this wonderful journey called life.

Since 1999 I have written and self-published two books of poetry (see excerpts on my blog and in Empowered by Poetry) as well as a collection of essays called Common Sense for the 21st Century (see excerpt on my blog).

My ever expanding understanding of life is allowing me to see just how easy and fun this earthly experience can be. This is an exciting time to be alive. Each of us is remembering and bringing forth our individual and collective spiritual wisdom. We are more ready than ever to assist our planet as well as ourselves in moving beyond what we thought we knew and embracing the Oneness that is our true reality. In allowing myself to rediscover many truths I understood as a child I have accelerated my growth and my joy. I am happy to be alive.

After growing up in Southern California I have lived in Kansas City, Mo, Bemidji, MN and now reside in the vicinity of Detroit, MI.

My joy, for this earthly adventure we share together, expands almost daily as I allow myself to accept the responsibility and excitement of creating the life I desire.

I believe we are spiritual Beings living in physical form.
I believe we are the individual and collective creators of our lives.
I believe a world of peace, abundance, joy, cooperation and simplicity is a reality we can expect to see, if we so desire.
I believe that our precious Mother Earth is our home and our nourishment and as a species we are responsible for her protection as she protects us.
I believe that we have the power within us (individually and collectively) to change the world.
I believe that our loving and supportive Universe is constantly helping us see that life is meant to be an easy, joyous, abundant, interesting, creative and meaningful adventure filled with love and compassion.

I look forward to sharing more of my journey, the wonder of spiritual growth, the adventure of discovery and the magic of Oneness with others at Gaia.

My time here at Gaia.com has offered much in the way of inspiration from other writers and philosophers as well as musicians and artists. Many of the poems, stories and personal accounts I have read have touched me in a variety of ways. I thank each and every person for being willing to share the wisdom within.
